Jenson Funding Partners announces 11th SEIS Exit

Jan 31, 2024

🎉 Exit News 🎉

We are delighted to be rounding off January with some exciting exit news 🎉🎉🎉

Jenson’s SEIS Fund 3 investors have exited a company that we originally invested in back in October 2015. The management offered the Fund the opportunity to exit.  The business is currently doing well, however, the management would prefer to organically grow and adapt without further investment. After discussions with management, the Fund does not believe that there will be another chance to exit and feel that this offers the best opportunity for investors, we have therefore signed off the documents for a full exit.

At present, the return is under embargo, however, we can confirm that this is in excess of the 3x that we currently aim to achieve.

This is the 11th exit* from the Jenson SEIS Funds and the team are continually working with our portfolio companies through the different stages of growth to reach the point of exit.  Jenson has a good track record of investing, growing and exiting in this space.
