John Aiken

John qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG where he progressed to Senior Manager responsible for around 30 staff providing audit, accounting and corporate finance services to a variety of clients from large multi-nationals to owner managed businesses.  John also undertook tax compliance work and gained wide experience of quoted company reporting issues, including dealing with the Financial Reporting Review Panel.  John then became a Finance Director working for four listed companies and held other senior finance roles in the IT and Software sectors. 

With an extensive experience of fundraisings, acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations, John joined Jenson Partners LLP in 2010. Since Jenson Funding Partners was founded John has worked as an Investment Director for a number of our investee companies and been on the Board for the last three years and is now a partner.
