A graduate from Babson College (US) Cesar started his career in hedge-fund as an analyst before co-founding his first venture: Gerep Prevention Sante, France’s first employee assistance programme. A joint-venture with Workplace Options the US leader.

Cesar was subsequently the first employee of Divido a UK leading Fintech (backed by Mastercard/+£20m funding), working in business development/strategy and international expansion (France). After leaving Divido he ran IPEM (International Private Equity Market) in the UK focusing on PE/VC funds, the marketplace is now Europe’s largest for small and mid-cap. His latest role has been with Verdier & Co, a London corporate advisory focusing on developing the business with PE/VC’s and generating deal flow for funds in UK and France.
