We are delighted to advise that we have completed an SEIS Investment in Zeus, a property valuation app which allows property owners to obtain fast & accurate valuations and also provides estate agents with quality leads.  It works for both sales and rentals. A truly unique platform.

Users enter their property details and add photos via the app.  Subscribed local and online agents then receive the property information and respond with their opinion on value and their proposed fees. Users can then compare agents valuations and fees, and choose which agents to engage with.

Nick Christoforou, Founder of ZEUS is a Chartered surveyor with 10 years’ experience in real estate agency & development.

Nick commented: “The world is a very different place than it was a week ago. We are delighted to have closed our funding round which will be used to supercharge our growth, but we need to be agile to ensure we continue to provide value to our users during this testing time. The real estate industry is set to be one of the hardest hit, but we believe we can offer support to those affected. Our software is principally ‘remote’ and ‘contactless’, two common buzzwords this week. We can therefore continue to deliver accurate valuations for property owners and quality leads for agents. Two things which are always in high demand, no matter the market.

In challenging times we appreciate that businesses need to collaborate or pivot to thrive. So as always, ZEUS remains completely free for property owners to download and use. Agents can also choose to subscribe on a ‘no win no fee’ basis, paying for ZEUS only once they have closed a deal themselves. We cannot offer a fairer service than that.
