We are excited to announce the investment by the Jenson SEIS and EIS Fund 2017/18 into Enploy Limited.

Enploy teach entrepreneurial thinking to help young people and companies drive success through their online diagnostic, e-learning platform and face-to-face workshops.

They help students get ready for the world of work by helping them to think & act more entrepreneurially.  They help companies foster innovation and to recruit, engage and retrain talent with their entrepreneurial development programmes that focus on six crucial areas of a 21st century mindset; opportunity recognition, creative thinking, tolerance to risk, emotional intelligence, leadership and self-belief.

Enploy have run programmes for companies such Barclays, Innovation Birmingham and Birmingham City University.  Jon Allen MD of Enploy Ltd commented “It’s fantastic that we can scale our business more quickly with support from Jenson.  Their investment will enable us to develop our product offering, sales & marketing.  We aim to capitalize on the increasing global interest in entrepreneurship as a way to create positive change and impact”
